How do I return something?
Step 1: Send a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and the name(s) of the item(s) you want to return.
Step 2: Our customer service will reply you with a Return Form
Step 3: Pack up the item(s) you want to return and send it or them back to our warehouse (address in the email with Return Form).
Step 4: Once our office receives the package, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items (except defective items) to our Sales headquarters, in Spain. We recommend shipping through a method you can track, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
- You have 14 days calendar days to initiate a return for an item from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- We must receive your return within 15 days from the day your return is approved and you have contacted our customer service.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept the return of the items within 14 days of receiving, if they are in perfect condition, and if they are not sale items.
- UNIQUE REFUNDS : We will gladly cover the return cost and replace defective items ( please send us picture immediately), items that arrived not as described.
- Do not initiate a return if you have not received your products. Your return request will be denied. Instead, contact email@example.com
- RETURN FORMS are required for every single item in your return. If you do not include your RETURN FORM completed inside your package, you are not eligible for a refund.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Petit Loli (MOD INTERNATIONAL BV) is not responsible for merchandise lost in transit during a return shipment. This is the customers responsibility, so we suggest using a means of shipping with a tracking number. No returns will be accepted if they have been worn or washed.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe they are in violation of these requirements. If your return is denied, you will be required to pay returning postage if you would like the item(s) shipped back to you. By submitting your return, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE THE RETURN FORM SENT BY OUR SENT BY OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
We will gladly accept the return of the items within 20 days of purchase, for exchange or store credit, if they are in perfect condition, and if they are not sale items. No refunds are offered.
We do not guarantee shipping timeframes. There can be unforeseen issues outside of our control. Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered .
Package not delivered
If you do not receive your item, please use your tracking number to look up the status. If your courier confirmed delivery through their tracking system, please your local post office.
Also it is guaranteed that if your order or any part of your order hasn’t been shipped since 60 days after you place the order ( or was lost during transit ), you can ask for the refund for the order or any items that haven’t shipped by contacting us at : firstname.lastname@example.org
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that were confirmed delivered in our Aftership Tracking system with courriers.
We are not responsible for address error made by customers when placing the order. If an order has been processed, we cannot change the address.
